INGREDIENTS

Buitoni Stuffed Pepperoni & Cheese PEPPERONI & CHEESE RAVIOLI
– 20 OZ. FAMILY SIZE
Buitoni Meat Sauce MEAT SAUCE
- 15 OZ
Buitoni Parmesan Cheese SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE
- 5 OZ
  • 1 package Buitoni Pepperoni & Cheese Ravioli (20oz.)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tubs Buitoni Meat Sauce (15oz.)
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons Buitoni Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 3/4 cup ham, diced, divided
  • 3/4 cup pre-cooked bacon, chopped, divided

METHOD

MIX ravioli, water, meat sauce, 1/2 cup ham, 1/2 cup bacon, and Parmesan cheese in bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup ham, 1/4 cup bacon and all of the mozzarella.

SPREAD mixed ingredients in 9 x13” pan and top with mozzarella.

COVER and bake 25 minutes at 375°F.

REMOVE cover and sprinkle remaining bacon and ham on top. Raise heat to 400°F; cook 10 more minutes.

REMOVE from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

Buitoni Stuffed Pepperoni & Cheese CHICKEN PARMESAN RAVIOLI
– 20 OZ. FAMILY SIZE
  • 1 package Buitoni Chicken Parmesan Ravioli (20oz.)
  • 2 cups broccoli, blanched
  • 1 cup butter and 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt & pepper

METHOD

ADD the 2 Tablespoons of butter and oil to a pan over medium heat. Once the butter melts, add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the panko breadcrumbs and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until toasted golden brown. Set aside.

BOIL ravioli for 4 minutes; then drain and set aside.

MELT 1 cup of butter in the same skillet. Once the butter melts and starts to foam, stir carefully until the butter starts to slowly turn light brown (a caramel color). Continue stirring until the butter becomes brown, about 8 to 10 minutes (be careful not to burn). Lower heat to a simmer.

ADD the broccoli, and toss until heated through.

ADD the ravioli to the pan and toss until well coated, serve, and top with breadcrumbs.
