Beef Ravioli with Mushrooms and Tomatoes


Marinara sauce meets alfredo in this creamy, delicious dinner that’s sure to please.

Beef Ravioli with Mushrooms and Tomatoes

HEAT skillet over medium high heat; add olive oil and mushrooms. Toss frequently until they just begin to brown.

ADD garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.

ADD alfredo and marinara, and simmer for 3 minutes. Turn heat to low.

PREPARE ravioli according to package directions. Strain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.

ADD cooked ravioli and basil to skillet and mix. If sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water 1 tablespoon at a time until smooth.

SEASON with salt and pepper to taste.
