Creamy Ravioli Lasagna Bake with Roasted Red Peppers and Alfredo Sauce featuring Impossible™ Beef Made From Plants

Method

PREHEAT oven to 400° F.

COOK ravioli according to package directions.

SPOON a layer of alfredo sauce onto bottom of baking dish (rectangle or square medium-sized pan).

ARRANGE layer of cooked ravioli on top of sauce, then sprinkle 1/3 of the roasted peppers and 1/3 of the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses on top of ravioli.

REPEAT layering of sauce, ravioli, roasted peppers and cheeses, leaving 1/2 inch to rim of baking dish.

BAKE for 15 minutes until cheese is melted.

SERVE with fresh basil, if desired.
