PREPARE ravioli according to package directions.
HEAT olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat; add garlic and sauté 1 minute or until slightly browned. Add spinach and cook for 30 seconds.
ADD roasted peppers and season with salt and pepper to taste.
REMOVE from heat and add prepared ravioli and mozzarella to skillet. Stir to combine.
MIX in alfredo sauce until combined.
SERVE with parmesan and fresh basil, if desired.
