Method

HEAT oven to 400° F.

TOSS tomatoes, basil, thyme, olive oil, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well. Place on baking sheet with flat side up. Bake for 15-20 minutes until it starts to brown slightly. Remove from oven.

PREPARE ravioli according to package directions, reserving 1/3 cup pasta water, then drain.

MIX prepared ravioli, roasted tomatoes, and pesto. If sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water 1 tablespoon at a time until smooth.

SPRINKLE parmesan then serve.
