Spicy Red Pepper Pesto & Goat Cheese Crostini


No cooking required! For a bite-sized “heat-and-savory” snack, serve up a tray of this easy-to-make crostini in just 15 minutes.

Spicy Red Pepper Pesto & Goat Cheese Crostini

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 16 pieces
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small package goat cheese, room temperature (5.5 oz.)
  • 1/2 package cream cheese, room temperature (5.5 oz.)
  • 1 container BUITONI Refrigerated Spicy Red Pepper Pesto (7 oz.)
  • Arugula to garnish (optional)


SLICE baguette approximately 1/2-inch thick and brush each piece with olive oil on one side; broil until pieces are brown.

COMBINE goat cheese and cream cheese in bowl and mix well.

SPREAD goat cheese mixture on each piece of baguette and top with pesto.

PLATE on platter and garnish with arugula, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
