ADD chicken to a large bowl. Pour 1/2 cup of pesto over chicken and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat and cook marinated chicken for 6 minutes per side.
REMOVE chicken from grill and slice into pieces. Lay it on a platter to serve.
DRIZZLE with remaining pesto.
ADD a dash of salt and pepper if desired. Enjoy!
