Pesto and White Bean Dip
Dip into some serious flavor with an app (or snack) that’s so easy it’s like magic – just say pesto!
Ingredients
- 2 cans cannellini beans or white beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz.)
- 1 container BUITONI Refrigerated Pesto with Basil (11 oz.)
- 2-3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
PROCESS beans in a food processor until smooth.
ADD pesto and lemon juice. Process until combined.
TRANSFER to a serving bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook’s Tip: Serve with a sliced baguette or pita cut into quarters for dipping. For a healthy alternative, serve with your favorite sliced vegetables, such as cucumber, carrot, peppers, or broccoli.
