PREHEAT Egg Bite Maker according to package directions.
MIX eggs and cottage cheese in bowl. Add Buitoni pesto, mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper to egg mixture. Stir to combine and set aside.
ADD water as directed on Egg Bite Maker instructions. Spray egg bite molds with nonstick cooking spray. Add tomatoes to each mold.
POUR egg mixture into each mold until almost filled. Cook in Egg Bite Maker according to package direction (10-12 minutes). Remove from Egg Bite Maker and enjoy!
