HEAT grill to medium.
THREAD salmon and lemon slices onto 16 metal skewers, alternating between the fish and lemon.
BRUSH each skewer with pesto and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
ARRANGE skewers on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 1 minute on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
REMOVE from grill and place on serving dish.
SERVE with remaining pesto on the side and garnish with rosemary, thyme and remaining lemon wedges.
