COOK pasta according to package directions.
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
COVER the bottom of the 13×9″ baking dish with Marinara sauce.
SPREAD about ½ of the cooked ravioli in the dish, cover with Marinara sauce. Add the remaining ravioli and top with remainder of sauce.
PLACE mozzarella on top of dish and sprinkle Parmesan evenly over dish.
COVER with foil and place on a center rack of the oven.
BAKE 15 minutes and remove foil and place back in oven.
When edges are bubbling and mozzarella has melted on top of the dish (about 15 min), remove from oven. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve.
For even faster prep, ravioli may be added into dish uncooked. Increase temperature to 375°F and bake covered 20 minutes, remove foil and cook an additional 20 minutes until bubbling. Extra sauce or other liquid may be needed to fully hydrate pasta.
