PREHEAT oven to 375° F.
HEAT meat sauce and water to a low simmer.
PUT tortellini in 8” x 8” baking pan; add meat sauce mixture, Parmesan and Romano.
MIX until combined; top with mozzarella and cover with aluminum foil.
BAKE for 10 minutes; remove cover and bake an additional 6 minutes. If more browning is desired, put under the broiler until golden brown.
Cook’s Tip: Add mini meatballs, ground beef or Italian sausage; use alternative cheeses; mix in ricotta, add spinach, mushrooms or zucchini.
