PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees F.
On a baking tray, place sausage and tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil to evenly coat. BAKE in oven for 20 minutes or until sausage is fully cooked and tomatoes are nicely roasted. When done, remove from oven and set aside.
COOK ravioli according to directions. Drain and toss with pesto, sausage, and tomatoes to combine.
Optional: Top with parmesan cheese.
