Roasted Vegetable One Dish Tortellini with Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cream Sauce


All you need is one dish to make this deliciously creamy tortellini featuring Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs cream sauce.

  • 3 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved (if large brussels sprouts cut into quarters)
  • 1 ½ cups red onion, diced ½”
  • 2 cups carrots, peeled and diced ½”
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Mixed Cheese Tortellini (20 oz.)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 ½ packages Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese Spread
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredient Note: Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cooking Cream makes this recipe even easier. Simply replace the heavy cream in this recipe with the cooking cream.


PREHEAT oven to 400° F.

PLACE vegetables into a 9” x 13” oven-safe pan. Toss with salt, pepper, and olive oil. 

ROAST for 20 minutes, mixing halfway through.

REMOVE vegetables from oven and add heavy cream, tortellini & water; mix thoroughly. 

TOP with one package of crumbled Boursin; cover with aluminum foil and bake for 12 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 7-8 minutes. Remove from oven.

ADD remaining Boursin crumbled on top to finish.

*If using a glass Pyrex pan, heat the Boursin cream & water before adding to pan to avoid the glass cracking.
