ADD the 2 Tablespoons of butter and oil to a pan over medium heat. Once the butter melts, add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the panko breadcrumbs and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until toasted golden brown. Set aside.
BOIL ravioli for 4 minutes; then drain and set aside.
MELT 1 cup of butter in the same skillet. Once the butter melts and starts to foam, stir carefully until the butter starts to slowly turn light brown (a caramel color). Continue stirring until the butter becomes brown, about 8 to 10 minutes (be careful not to burn). Lower heat to a simmer.
ADD the broccoli, and toss until heated through.
ADD the ravioli to the pan and toss until well coated, serve, and top with breadcrumbs.
