Air Fryer Toasted Ravioli with Dipping Sauces

Method

ADD water to a medium pot; boil over high heat. Add ravioli and cook for 3 minutes; strain with a colander and set aside.

CREATE egg mixture: add egg, water and flour to a medium bowl; whisk and set aside.

MAKE crumb mixture: add breadcrumbs, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper and parmesan to a medium bowl; whisk and set aside.

DROP 2-3 ravioli at a time into prepared egg mixture and toss to coat. Use tongs to lift out one at a time, letting them drip momentarily, and place into crumb mixture. Shake until coated, repeat for all ravioli.

PLACE ravioli side by side (not touching) in the air fryer; lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray.

SET air fryer to 370° F and 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, open and flip the ravioli over, then spray again. Set for 370° F and 3 minutes. Remove when timer sounds.

SERVE with warmed marinara and pesto dipping sauces.
