Buitoni Crispy Air Fried Tortellini


Plump, cheese-filled tortellini, air-fried to golden perfection. A tantalizing combination of Italian-styled breadcrumbs, sprinkled with fresh parsley and grated parmesan, perfectly paired with a warm Marinara dip.

Buitoni Crispy Air Fried Tortellini

COOK tortellini according to package. Drain and rinse with cold water.

TOSS cooled tortellini in eggs and then transfer to breadcrumbs, working with a few at a time. Shake off excess breadcrumbs and set aside.

PREHEAT air fryer to 350°F for 2 minutes.

SPRAY the basket with cooking spray and add breaded tortellini in a single layer making sure none of them touch. (You may have to cook in batches.)

SPRAY the tops of tortellini with cooking spray and air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden.

GARNISH with parsley and parmesan.

SERVE immediately with warm marinara sauce!
