PREHEAT oven to 425° F. Prepare ravioli according to package directions.
ARRANGE a rack over a rimmed baking sheet. Gently add ravioli to a bowl. Coat with olive oil and gently toss with garlic powder and salt. Lay out ravioli on the rack so no pieces overlap.
BAKE for 15-20 minutes or until crisped and browned.
REMOVE from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
SERVE with marinara sauce for dipping.
