HEAT cream and blue cheese in small pan on medium heat, stirring to melt blue cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
HEAT oil in sauté pan on medium heat and fry ravioli until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
DRAIN on paper towel.
ARRANGE ravioli on platter, top each with lettuce, tomato, black olives, avocado and jalapeño slices. Add dollops of blue cheese sauce.
