Ingredients

  • Package BUITONI Buffalo Chicken Ravioli (20 oz.)
  • 6 Tbl. Butter
  • 3 cups Celery, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup Pasta Water
  • 2 Tbl. Garlic, Minced
  • 3 Tbl. Frank’s RedHot® Original Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbl. Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Chives, sliced

Method

BOIL Ravioli for 4 minutes; drain and set aside.

HEAT 1/2 cup of the butter in a sauté pan; add celery and garlic. Sauté on Medium heat for approx. 4 minutes.

ADD pasta water to pan and cook for 2 minutes; add remaining 2 Tbl. of butter, ravioli, hot sauce and 1/2 cup blue cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

TURN heat off and toss ingredients.

DIVIDE between 4 bowls and top with remaining 2 Tbl. of blue cheese.
