BOIL Ravioli for 4 minutes; drain and set aside.
HEAT 1/2 cup of the butter in a sauté pan; add celery and garlic. Sauté on Medium heat for approx. 4 minutes.
ADD pasta water to pan and cook for 2 minutes; add remaining 2 Tbl. of butter, ravioli, hot sauce and 1/2 cup blue cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
TURN heat off and toss ingredients.
DIVIDE between 4 bowls and top with remaining 2 Tbl.
of blue cheese.
