  • 1/2 Package BUITONI Buffalo Chicken Ravioli (20 oz.)
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 6 Tbl. Flour
  • 1-1/2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Velveeta®, chopped
  • 6 Tbl. Beer
  • 1-1/2 cups Canola or Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 Tbl. Chives or Parsley, for garnish


TOSS ravioli in flour, then egg and coat with breadcrumbs; set aside.

PUT Velveeta and beer in small sauce pan and heat on low-medium heat until melted.

HEAT oil in sauté pan on medium heat and fry ravioli until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.

ARRANGE ravioli on platter; pour cheese sauce into bowl and garnish with chives or parsley.
